The Statuses module shows the status history of each tidal window request.
Process
From the moment of creating to the closing of a tidal window request, it will go through a series of statuses. The Statuses module shows a timeline of changes in the status of a tidal window request. Any errors during the calculation process will also be displayed.
Details
- The By column in the overview shows the initiator of a change. This can either be a user or the system itself.
- The overview is ordered to show the last changes first by default, but clicking column headers like Date / time will directly change the sorting order.
- If a calculation error occurred, the information about the error will be displayed in this overview only. If an error occurs, please contact Charta Software.
