Prediction sources

Process

PROTIDE uses many prediction sources to determine the most probable weather conditions for each tidal window calculation. The Prediction sources module lists all available prediction sources and provides a visualisation for an individual source for a specific period of time.

Details

• The Start date and End date columns in the overview are good indicators of the historical and forecasted period for which prediction data is available. Visualisations can only be made within these period bounds.
• Because of the huge amount of prediction data available, it can take some time to build the overview.
• Use the Toggle filter option in the table options, to filter on specific prediction units.
• Click on the column headers to determine the sorting order of the overview.
